When people think about losing weight fast they usually think about spending tons of money on wasteless diet pills and other drugs that could actually hurt you with all its side effects that they bring to your body.  Those side effects could range from dizziness to even death.  Death isn’t something people should have to risk just to lose a pound or how ever much the product says you should lose.

Diet pills, fad diets and even fasting may help you lose weight rapidly it could cause heart problems.  Those drugs could also harm other organs in your body.  Usually people who want to lose weight would want to lose weight and gain muscle.  These drugs will do the opposite and have you lose muscle and weight.

Optimizing your food intake

When you’re eating foods you have lunch, breakfast and dinner.  If not done right you will be taking in unknown amounts of calories every day which could harm you because if you’re trying to lose weight and lower calorie intake, you must know how much calories the food you eat contains.  Heres a few steps on how to just do that.

  1. Record your daily Intake - Write down all the things you eat for the day and do a calory count.  You will do this when you first optimize your food intake this is the first process of helping you create a better food diet throughout the day
  2. Go over your list - After you have recorded your daily intake go over the list you made and drop all the foods you think is the in healthiest.  You usually have a daily set of calories you would want to have a day; the average amount one should take in is around 2000 to 2500 calories.
  3. Choose Alternate Foods - After you cut the foods that took the most calories and which are just plain not healthy for you find an alternate food which replaces the one you usually eat that contains less calories and which is more healthier
  4. Plan your meals – Now that you have optimized what you usually eat everyday its time for you to start planning your meals until it’s a natural routine that you do it everyday.  This way you know how much calories you’re taking in everyday.
  5. Find Healthy Snacks - Healthy snacks are key to becoming healthier, but keeping you away from those extra sugars that your body doesn’t really need.

More Fibers

More Fiber in your diet can do a couple things to help you lose weight.  Fibers help your digestive system.  Keep your body all clean is a must.  It helps you feel slimmer and help you prevent heart disease and stroke from occurring.  Fibers can be found in cereal, fruits and other vegetables.

Water, Water and More H20

Water is a number 1 must in your dieting plan, it helps you not only live but it’s a required for your body to run more precisely.  Drink at least 8oz a day.  If you dislike drinking strictly water, try drinking lemonade and other “light” sugar juices.  Not to much though.

Weight Training

Weight training helps you stay in shape and keeping your shape.  Keeping you lean.  Weight training also helps you build muscles eliminating fat.  When you lose weight your losing fat, but your also losing muscle, keep weight training so you build more muscle instead of losing muscle.  You can go to your county gym and do a few hours a day.  Don’t forget to exercise before weight training because you can hurt your self in the process, always exercise when you can and a minimum of once a day.  Weight training should be done every other 2 days so you won’t hurt your self, it gives your muscles time to build and heal after you work them out.

Consume more good fats

Some might say there isn’t a good fat, but there actually is, good fats are oily fish and other sea food and there is protein like milk and other things that contain protein.

Some Don’ts when it comes to losing weight

When you’re losing weight theres always some things you shouldn’t do and I’ll list a few of the top don’ts that people should follow:

  • Don’t skip meals – skipping meals can be more harmful to your body then you would think.  Keep it to 3-5 meals (small meal) a day.
  • Don’t take harmful dieting drugs – dieting pills or drugs will harm your body and those side effects can hurt you mentally and physically.
  • Don’t starve your self – not only is it harmful to yourself, no one wants to see you in that way, it looks bad overall when you try starving your self.
  • Don’t try losing weight to fast – losing weight to fast isn’t great, not only is it dangerous, but your body and your mind mentally and physically must get used to you being lighter since your used to all that weight you need to give it time and process for things to happen.  Let it happen naturally.

Carbohydrates isn’t bad as you might think

People said carbohydrates are bad for you, if you have a good carb diet such as fruits, veggies, beans, whole grains which are moderate in fat and calories will help result in weight lost faster.  It helps you fight hunger since it’s slowly released into the body.  Eat natural carbs from the earth, no processing or refining.  5 meals a day evened out can help you lose weight and make you feel full and healthier.  In the end, carbs can be healthy if you use them correctly.

There are Many dieting options; choose one you can stick with for a long term and one that has the ability for you to get used to and make sure its one you are most comfortable with.  Losing weight fast couldn’t be any easier.
