When you often go to gyms your average treadmills will have a setting called "Fat Burning Zone". The Fat Burning zone is a low intensity speed zone which you would burn a lot more fat going at a slower pace. You burn more fat at lower intensities then you do at higher intensities since with lower intensities you would burn around 50 percent of fat then you would at high intensities of around 30 to 35 percent.
Why The Fat Burning Zone?
There is no right or wrong exercising choice to choose from, but there have been a bunch of arguments on whether you should or should not apply The Fat burning Zone method when exercising. Some prefer the Cardio Training Zone to burn a bit of fat, but both methods can help you. Not only allow you to lose fat, but help you gain muscle if you apply it right.
